The building sits on a plot of 7.530 m2, in the residential district next to the Kasbah, a five minute drive from the center of Tangier. It was built in the early 40s and is an oasis of privacy in that close collaboration between two great artists of the twentieth century is embodied Laurent and Jacques Grange.
Upon entering the main floor, a vaulted hall with marble floor leads to two rooms, blue and yellow, decorated with mythical Liberty print fabrics.
